Race: Half-elf
Personality: Maria is intelligent. She won't do something stupid to get herself caught or anything not worth the pay. She understands when different emotions are not only appropriate, but necessary and can pull them out whenever she needs to "get things done". She's also rather independent, hating having to "share the spotlight" or even rely on others for help, even when hurt. At the same time of having her serious side she had almost the exact opposite.

She loves to party. She can be fun and carefree in an instant form caring more about her business than anything else, though don't let this light hearted exterior fool you. She has something of a darker side hidden away. She can be just as malicious as manipulative and won't waste a moment to take advantage of those too stupid to avoid it.

Background: As a child she lived with her parents, a rather poor family in Port Delph. She received a simple education, though found school boring and easily leading her class as far as "grades" went. She always was interested in adventure stories, wanting something more than the simple life she was doomed to have at this rate. Then came her solution. Her Grandfather moved in with them after the death of her grandmother. He had been a prankster and trickster since a young age and after one pouty lip the man taught her all he knew.

At the age of 15 she grew even more bored of her life, her grandfather passing away and her school work maintaining it's overly easy level. She packed her most treasured items and left for a big city, Milet. There she learned to refine her abilities and eventually made a living off selling not only stolen goods, but stolen information as well.
